All things Nice

Today I went walking around one of the lakes near where I'm currently living & it was quite nice....in fact the lake, the houses & the scenery where all very nice indeed (thus the title of this photo).
In this photo I wanted to highlight the numerous leading lines but also include the houses as well as the bright blue sky.

Have I done this well? Any advice? Your thoughts and opinions are much appreciated.
