A Wet Walk

Thank you so much for your birthday wishes yesterday, I had a lovely day with family and friends.

Today Plan A was to head to the lake and watch a brilliant sunrise.  No such luck as it was pouring down with rain.  I went out later in the morning and saw these three trampers heading out with heavy loads.  Glad it wasn't me.  However, it is nice and sunny now, so they will be all right.

I enjoyed brunch with my sister and my daughter.  We shared lots of memories, so was good to catch up.  My sister gave me the extra photo, taken in 1994, when we were all in our 50's.
