Goodnight Sprinter

A day I’ve dreaded, saying goodbye to my cousin and all the people there that I would need to speak to .... but do it we did. A service of family and friends, a huge coffin for a 6 foot 5 mountain of a man, a coffin that bore his military uniform reminded us of his service for his country - a eulogy that made us smile and remember and a closing comment from Pastor Jim, and has officially blown my mind ....quoting Victor Hugo.... To love another person is to see the face of God .... rest in peace my Viking cousin, till we meet again
