Night in the city

Emergency blip after my photo club meeting : I had thought of taking some time to do night photos of the shopping arcade, but it was very cold, and I decided I needed to be inside.

Surprisingly, Chelmsford IS now a city, although in my view it really have the city 'vibe'.'
