Floors - take 2

All ten floors now fitted, bonded in and filleted with epoxy.
I found two pieces of sawn 6x1 in the garage that had been there for donkey’s years. I ran them through the planer and they cleaned up very well, quite dark for a softwood but extremely hard and close grained. I think it may be larch. I was able to make all four of the dark coloured floors you can see. A good traditional boat building timber to complement the traditional epoxy resin!
With foreign parts beckoning I think there will be no more boat work until after the beginning of March.
