Hardboiled egg
Finally! I have learned to cook a hard boiled egg to perfection. Usually, the shell clings to the egg and I end up with a pockmarked egg when I am trying to get the shell off. So frustrating! Today, I read America's Test Kitchen and followed their instructions: I steamed the eggs for 13 minutes, plunged them into ice water for 15 minutes. Put a top on the container and shook the eggs and the peels just came off. Victory! Spinach salad for dinner tonight.
