Sam peeling cheese...

This is our answer to not having a cheese grater and not wanting to buy one- a potato peeler, works just fine.

We have spent today sorting things out again ready for the campervan. We did some food shopping and got some of the other bits we needed- like scissors and towels. This evening was quite exciting- we sorted out and booked what we were going to do in Australia using the vouchers we had from people at Sam work as a Wedding present. We have booked a couple of nights in a cottage, kayaking with dolphins and a night on Phillip island and to see the penguins. So thats very exicting. We made a proper plan for New Zealand with maps and stuff too. Then in the evening, after dinner, we went for a walk down to the waterfront, as it was so nice out
