Valentine

A day like any other in the Brexit war room but by late afternoon I decided to lay down arms & treat myself - Angie was out for one of her gym/sauna sessions so it was just us animals at home.

Off with Luna for a sunset walk, home, switch on the sauna & go through all the ritual of multiple showers, two relaxed 15-minute sessions, two walks outside in the sadly +4°C too warm air & no snow on the ground but still enough to get circulation working. Oven turned on & Lasagne pushed in before the second session & when all done, sat down for a relaxed meal, a bottle of wine, crackling wood fire. All my girls - Luna, Sissy & Cindy - found it all very exciting & fell asleep.
