An Everyday Rocket

Faded

Just managed to catch the last vestige of light tonight; I was going for a sunset shot, but by the time I cut loose the colors had faded. It was a bit hectic today, running errands with white knight and getting the house back in order after two weeks of neglect while we were both sick. It's back to the grind tomorrow. As a mental bracer for that event, I worked in a trip to the barn. A good ride and quality horse nuzzling goes a long way toward making a calm, relaxed rocket.
This is the view from the arena, looking out over the pasture. It's the only shot I caught today, buzzing around so much. Wish now I'd had the forethought to snap one from the saddle, would have been a much neater blip. But, a blip is better than no blip!
