After a long period of not buying any photo kit I decided to put an online order in to WEX this afternoon. All was fine until after I entered the payment details and was redirected to the bank. After five minutes of inactivity I phoned WEX, the order hadn't gone through so I did it over the phone. Looking forward to the parcel which will arrive tomorrow. Good customer service.
