Less shine.

As the two previous quality washing machines only lasted 7 years each, we splashed out on the most expensive brand with that amazing reputation for reliability.  After just 3 years (so out of warranty of course) the basic failure of a drive belt cost us 40% of the orignal machine cost.  I'm sure they are on average extremely reliable and someone has to fall the wrong side of the statistic in order that many others can be on the happy side of the cut..
