Shepards delight!

The tinnitus that randomly started has got even worse. And after no sleep what so ever I am on the verge of complete break down. The medication I spent all my money on it makes it louder and then doesn't get quieter ever. Just louder and louder. And the specialist Ive been refereed to has been noted as, evil, and the devil by online critics. Do not visit this doctor if you have tinnitus. I am struggling to find anything positive right now other than my amazing girlfriend.
