College Lake, near Tring

This is a willd life site under the care of volunteers. It was originally a quarry where chalk was excavated. We popped in this morning, after some gardening shopping, for a coffee. It is still winter so cool and a little shower of rain again.

I'm  afraid the colours are rather muted, it is February!
