2020 Lucinda Tate Award

Anais, Kendall, Deborah and I attended the Portland Jobs With Justice breakfast this morning to receive the 2020 Lucinda Tate Award. Portland Buddhist Peace Fellowship was selected "For putting belief into action in our community for social, immigrant and ecological justice." It is offered each year by the Faith Labor Committee of JWJ. Kendall spoke eloquently as our BPF representative about why we do the work we do for social justice.
