Smart

Today I popped over to see a client. Not one of mine, but a client of the companies. Funny that it wasn't about me selling to them, but I was on a mission to discover more about them and how we could help them grow. 
We already do there IT Support, but I want to help them gain new customers so I spent 1.5hrs with them talking about there business, really getting to understand it. 
We do support for lots of people, but some are just numbers. My aim for 2020 is to turn those numbers into relationships. 

This art was near them. At first I thought it was graffiti but on closer inspection, you can see it's art.
