Birthday boy is 15 today

My oh my - time flies. My son's 15th birthday today.
We were all in our bed at 7.15 to watch him open his pressies. The last present he opened was an Xbox. His face was a picture and he couldn't believe that we'd finally bought him one. He's been asking for years for one. He didn't even bother asking for one this Christmas because he knew he wouldn't get one.
The kids were hoping that there would be no school today (because of the snow) and were disappointed to find out that there was.
Daughter #1 had an appointment at the optician's today and hubby took her. She needs new lenses in her glasses (different prescription).
At 6pm we all went out to Red Peppers for a birthday meal.
