Ap-paw-ling Jokes

Dog was lying sleeping on the lovely, comfy, rock-hard dining room floor today. Why do dogs choose such uncomfortable beds? Anyway, sleeping dogs are much easier to photograph than wide-awake ones, so I managed to get some interesting close-up photos of her. Luckily this paw was not too muddy when I photographed it!

I felt really ill again this morning with a resurgence of the cold. Today was a quiet day, just at home drawing cartoons, and painting a couple of shelves for the schoolroom. Me and Mum did the food shopping in the afternoon, which wiped me out a bit afterwards. But the cartoons are fun, and are going well. All in all, a better day than was expected.

I asked my parents if either of them could think of a nice, snappy, eloquent title for this post. This is what they came up with:
