A Favourite Recipe.

I love this recipe, you can put whatever you like in it and it still tastes good. Half way through making it tonight I realized I didn't have any cream, so I used a little milk instead, it worked ok, a little softer than normal, but it was fine.

I think this is a bit like a quiche, without the pastry, so they call it a pie, either way it's good.

P.S. Just noticed last year's blip, how funny!
