Modern day triathlon

Up and out for our holiday in a day. First stop gorgeous, gorgeous swim at the lido. I haven’t been swimming for over a week due to the non c word lurgy. It was bloody lovely. Then a walk into town (2nd triathlon element), wander round some shops while waiting for the pub to open (we are so classy), then pub, then lunch - the final challenging triathlon element. We did very well at all events, athletes that we are- to be fair you would be hard pushed to fail at the Turkish lunch- bloody lovely it was.

Then more pub, taxi home and rallies Simon and George for darts (Simon and I won) and poker ( really very unclear who win, George claimed it).

Supremely fabulous holiday day, back to work tomoz.....
