Usual day at dads yesterday. He hadn’t been feeling well last week but seemed to be better. Was at the Nottingham house all day. Western Power were due to come to cut off the electricity- they did. British Gas were supposed to reconnect the power and fit two new meters. Reconnection happened and me meter was fitted but they just didn’t turn up to fit the other! So an irate phone call due tomorrow. Man due to fit laminate upstairs- he did and it look ksvery nice. Decorators are getting on with living room ( blipped) . Replacement handles should have arrived but haven’t. Got text to sayBT would call me between 5 and 7 today - they were supposed to call tomorrow. They didn’t! so a mixed day but most important things were done
