Puddle on the path

I had the notion of blipping the high waters on the Water of Leith today but didn't reach my destination due to the obstacle of this puddle under one of the bridges along the path.

We waved Mark and Audrey off this morning after their all too brief visit. I spent most of the rest of the day creating the slides for my presentation at the University of Glasgow on Wednesday afternoon. I think that they are finished now. This took so long that I didn't manage any exercise apart from my short walk to the puddle, then around to the EFI, up to the butcher, and back home again.

Exercise today: tiny amount of walking (6230 steps).
