Fell Foot

Spent the day at Fell Foot Park, at the south end of Lake Windermere, helping the orienteering club put on a navigation fun day for the National Trust.  With the NT's reach in advertising we had 200 youngsters come for a run round Fell Foot park with a map. It will be interesting to see what proportion find the club and come back for more. 

The pontoon next to my usual swimming entry point was under water , I've not seen the water this high before.  This vantage point shows the old Victorian boat houses.
