Horrid day

Up at 4.30 because of the wind, rain and a leaking roof. 

Psychiatrist appt. Apparently I am in a high state of anxiety which is causing the paranoia and weird thinking. The long term side effects of my anxiety meds are visual distortions; although I tried telling her that's different from seeing things that aren't there. She wants to take me off my anxiety meds for other ones, but have to do it very slowly.

Felt all out of sorts this afternoon and couldn't settle to do anything.
