View from the window...

Up early for the Velodrome session, the photo is the view from the window this morning.

The training session was really hard and shows i need to do some more training myself.

I phoned British Cycling and asked if i could do the Level 3 road course as i have now successfully completed the level 2 and they said yes... So 2 weeks today i will start a 5 day course.

It's been quite a tiring weekend both mentally and physically so i will catch up with comments tomorrow.
