We’re home

The rain lashed down last night so we made the decision to leave earlier than planned and head home rather than going somewhere on the way.

We drove through one massive flood - it was safe to do so, but we have since seen this road has closed.
Roads that we were hearing weren’t closed and vice versa!

Lunch, then we headed to Upton to see how the land lay.

I’ve not seen it like this for many years - the riverside part of town is being evacuated as I type.
