Having got back tired from yesterday's rehearsal, Kate & Sophie stayed over again last night so we were all on tenterhooks for a couple of hours this morning before her solicitor confirmed that her flat purchase had been completed and she had become a homeowner for the first time. No word on any interest charges on her mortgage money yet so we're keeping our fingers crossed and powder dry before we complain to the seller's solicitor about the delay.

After they'd gone back to what is officially "their" home, Tess & I caught up with the weekly shop.

Still not enticing weather for outdoor blipping so I had fun trying different apertures and shutter speeds with one of the chrysanths from Tess's Valentine's Day bouquet.
