Lamb hotspot

Another hairy bikers meal. Tonight it was my first ever lamb hotpot which was very very tasty.

Borrowed mrs p's 4x4 for work commuting today, glad I did. Was ok on the way into work but coming back the snow was lying from Dunfermline to just after Glenfarg and really needed it. No way I'd have made it in my rear wheel driven motor as there were plenty of similar cars stuck or having trouble.

Diet log:

Breakfast: weight watchers yogurt, pineapple pieces
Lunch: HB chilli & brown rice
Dinner: HB lamb hotpot
