Leading lines...

When I go somewhere on holiday I hate to see places looking really neglected and run down; like this really. Yet this is only a couple of hundred metres from my house. Guernsey isn’t deprived so should make an effort not to look as if it is. Especially here in an area that has been designated “The Old Quarter” with an archway inviting visitors to go up and explore. Very sad...
So I gave the pic a bit of black and white treatment in an effort to glaze over the derelict look.
