Blue Skies And The Beginning Of Buds

Last night was very windy and stormy and water is collecting in the fields.

The wind remains high and the sky is bright blue. Looking at our trees, I can see that there is a need for some broken branches to be removed.

Today’s Blipfoto was taken from our food and garden waste recycling wheelie bin, now stored in a sheltered location underneath our Rowan Tree.

We have several pheasants "courting" in the garden, but they are very camera shy. However, I live in hope that I can Blipfoto one or two.

We think of the many people who have been severely effected by flood waters.

It really is about time that serious consideration was given to mitigating floods and to providing effective ways to protecting houses at high risk.

Not easy, but possible in many areas.
