Sparkles

I woke up today in a horrible mood. I couldn't sleep last night as I was too hot because I had to sleep with the window almost shut due to the wind. Which was ridiculous all through the night, and after last weekend's storm, this one can just do one! 

The endless rain feels so depressing, especially as it's supposed to be half-term..... fingers crossed it's better through the week.

Lucy came round in the afternoon which was fun. I painted her nails with this Acorn and Pip washable purple nail varnish that she wanted. We did some lacing cards and read books and drew pictures. All the while sister number two was trying to list this dress for me to sell on eBay. I've had it about eight years but only worn it twice as it didn't suit me, and I'm hoping to get a reasonable price for it. 

I went to the gym which was good fun. Worked on bars and almost nailed my squat-on on bars. I did loads of flicks too which felt good.
