Daisy
I did set out today to try to give you my fellow blippers a better shot of the waves which have been battering the harbor these last couple of days. Today I got down on to the prom and found just the right spot as the waves where hitting and going completely over the harbor wall before crashing down on the other side. So.... there I was set up ready for the shot, the wave came after a couple of minutes , Im ready to take the shot when a sheet of icey cold water which totally took my breath away totally drenched me to the skin!!!! My only concern was for the well being of my camera. I was so intent on taking the shot at the harbor I neglected to think about the waves that could hit the Promanade wall which of course it did taking my breath away. There was only one passer by who noticed my cock up and of course we both laughed about it.
So as a resulted, here is Daisy my 9 year old retriever. Dont think I've blipped her before, she is the laziest dog you have ever meet, she is so laid back, nothing bothers her. She is the fourth retriever Ive had, the oldest being Tasha who died in 2011 aged 16 year and three months old, she had been with us since she was a baby. All my dogs I've had since puppies. I currently have 2 x retrievers and 2 x pug crosses. My daughter brings her little pug every day while she is at work and during weekend when my son comes to walk his dogs as well, he has a jack russell and a doberman I can have 7 dog racing about the house and garden at any one time. Never really a quiet moment, most people dont recognise me unless I'm covered in dog hair and a bag of poop in my hand. Most attractive.... sigh....
