Storm Dennis

For most of the year the Kydbrook is a trickle of a stream and is often bone dry on its way through the park and playground round the corner.

Not today.

The allotments are flooded too as the water was nearly over the top of N’s wellie boots next to the bridge over the stream.

We’ve been pumping water off the patio to save the kitchen for most of the day too. We really feel for those who have it worse... there are so many.
