Plough Sunday

Today we celebrated Plough Sunday. Some of the Young Farmers joined us and carried this old plough in our procession. Plough Sunday is usually observed in January but we hold ours later for practical reasons. 

We had a baptism service later for one of the tots from our Wednesday group. He's 18 months old and you can tell he's used to being in church. He even collected the kneelers up and placed them where we usually have them for our story time, he obviously thought we just hadn't set up properly. I picked him up while we had a photo taken but my shoulder told me off afterwards! 

After a full morning I fell asleep for most of the afternoon. Still lacking in energy.
