'Gator...XXL

Busy morning at Sweetwater Wetlands Park here in Beautiful Gainesville,FL! This just might be the largest American Alligator I've ever seen up close and personal! (and I've seen a lot of 'gators) This one was sleeping off what apparently was a rather substantial meal. I'm thinking a mammal probably, as I doubt that a duck or fish would swell it's stomach like that! Do take a look at my *extras...Two male Bufflehead Ducks, Roseate Spoonbill, Purple Gallinule, Pied-billed Grebe, Black-bellied Whistling Ducks, and a Great Blue Heron.
