Flood

The river should be roughly between the tree on the left and the tree on the right. It has  overflowed somewhat.
We walked  down to see the floods, Lucie was a bit scared by all the swirling brown water, but LooseCanon and I wandered around and took some photos. It’s as bad as we’ve seen it for some years.
We got splashed by some eejit in a 4 wheel drive who felt entitled to drive at speed through the flood even though there were small children around. He came back a few minutes later having failed to find a way through presumably, or just for fun. He got loudly sworn at by a cyclist. Mind you we thought it was a bit mad trying to cycle through. Don’t know how far he got. Extreme road conditions seem to bring out the craziness in people.
