Course closed

No play today on N’s golf course with standing water everywhere. Luckily the carvery lunch wasn’t affected and was up to its usual high standard. We enjoyed the company of two of N’s bridge companions with their wives.
Our route to the golf course takes us through the valley of the River Mole, and throughout the route we could see flooded fields. Fortunately the roads were not affected, we are so much luckier than people elsewhere who are once again flooded out. I do feel so sorry for them.
