Emergency Supplies.

I was amused to see this new vending machine installed by a local butcher and small goods shop. It contains drinks, processed meats, cheese, dill pickles, jars of ready to eat meals, sauerkraut, even dumplings. (See extra for close-up). Everything one would want (in Austria). Actually, it will probably do well as there are no shops open on Sunday, public holidays or after 8pm.
We were in Gmünd to meet some friends. The ice cream shop was open for take away ice cream as it was a sunny day. We were treated to an ice cream then to coffee and a glass of wine in a nearby restaurant. We had a lovely catch up and made plans to meet up again next week.
I have tagged this Silly Saturday, not because it is really silly but because it amused me.
