Guilty

Shortly before I took this picture I had burst a balloon that was blowing about in the wind.

I hate balloon litter but hated myself even more for not having spotted this dog nearby.

She was rescued and is quite nervous.  Fortunately she soon recovered from the shock and I will remember to check properly next time.
