Professions and academics in the New Town

This explanation in the City Art Centre of a photograph (not unlike some that I have added to my Blipfoto journal) made me laugh out loud this morning.

Mr hazelh took advantage of our unanticipated day free of commitments by working our way through all the current exhibitions in the City Art Centre, then going out for lunch at Pizza Express on North Bridge. We made it home before the stormy weather hit the city to watch the last couple of episodes of My brilliant friend, program (Mr hazelh) and exercise (me).

Tonight for our supper we will eat the pies that did not make it to Northumberland yesterday.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; small amount of walking (8670 steps).
