Dalby Parkrun

Up early to beat Storm Dennis. Dalby was celebrating its 200th Parkrun this morning. Richard ran with Jet and I helped by being a Tail Walker. Lots of puddles to splash through but we just made it back before the worst of the rain arrived.

Supported a lady who is on her Couch to 5km journey. We also had a young man with special needs from Sheffield who completed the 5km with his 11year old terrier. Mum and Dad did the run cheering him on at the finish. Although Mums encouragement to run up the last slope fell on deaf ears.

Have to admit to rather envying the legwear of the lady in red with her dog on the left of this photo. If you look closely she had some dog themed tights.
