Another view of the old market...

On the right of this pic would have been Dave’s fruit and veg stall and behind that the Income Tax Office. 
Directly ahead the higher level with stained glass windows was once used for badminton courts. The area to the right was also part of the Income Tax Office.
Some of my happiest years were spent in these offices. From the most junior of the juniors to Senior Tax Inspector.
