Home-made Pagnotta Loaf (First Attempt)

After watching a superb pagnotta loaf being baked yesterday, mine did not look any like it.  However part of the problem was the lack of a sharp blade; the tutor used a razor, my kitchen knife didn't cut it (literally!)

Inside, however, it was a perfectly decent loaf (see extra photo).  I will definitely try again.
