Lucien Freud self-portraits at the RA

Vikram in Rotterdam seeing Hannah’s film open at the Rotterdam Film Festival.  Went to the RA with Henrietta and had dinner at the Wolseley.  Very nice London experience.  The Exhibition was fairly small and quite familiar but always interesting to see new work and we both liked the semi-finished portraits.  Also the definition of self portrait was fairly elastic incorporating a few where the painter was reflected in a mirror or even a glass - presumably to make up the numbers
