Mnemonic

Anyone happy to decode this...here's a clue...often found in the home:)

I mustn't have been clear enough, my fault..what I meant was, what did the inscription mean on the pen knife...any ideas? IBAISAIC in relation to something you would find in many homes?? Tell you all later, if no one can guess it:)
