Masatoshi Matsumura.....

...known to his colleagues and chums as Masa. Seems like yesterday that he arrived in Scotland on a one year secondment from his employers; Dai-ichi Mutual Life Insurance Company, Tokyo. Despite an initial leaning toward Nakamura's Glasgow Celtic, we quickly weaned him on to the silky midfield skills on show at Easter Road.

Masa's favourite Scottish meal is fish and chips and a Deuchars IPA and his most memorable cultural experience is the concept of buying rounds of drinks in the pub. I hope he's going home with the right impression of Scotland. He's a lovely bloke and he'll be missed in the team.
