Daffodil in the rain

I knew I had a busy day so as soon as the sun started to shine in to our little courtyard I went out to get photos of the flowers wet from the rain overnight.   I met with the book club ladies this morning, then went to my mom and dad's for lunch and to take them out for some shopping, the bank, and to shop for a new dishwasher and stove hood ( both appliances have quit working).  It's late afternoon now and I best go figure out a nice dinner for Valentines day.
