A busy day today. Badminton this morning which went well. Giving The Mate a lift up to the infirmary. His appointment went well, too. Then coming back to see how the engineer had got on with the issue of the lodge's water heating.

Miraculously, that had also gone well. However, I can just imagine the bill: -
Using long screwdriver to poke black thing - £*
Knowing which black thing to poke with aforementioned screwdriver - £***

This is 3,999 and nothing clever planned for tomorrow - scary!
