Feeling watched.

I always pass this on my walk back from work to the station. It seems to change with the seasons.

Judging by the heart-shaped wreath above the eyes and the snowflake hanging from the 'mouth' I guess we have some hybrid Christmas/Valentine thing going on. I'm pretty sure it was a skull at Halloween.
