Singapore Skyline III

This is just to the left of the "open hand" structure.  We weren't able to get close to this area but I think it is a large exposition area and the banks of color are seating.  One can make out the names of the Mandarin Oriental and the Pan Pacific buildings.  On New Year's Eve, fireworks were to take place in this area.
