miniature Iris

I only noticed this wednesday as it sits behind Herbietta. (A VW Beetle we are storing for a friend who is in New Zealand for  year) so by the time I get the big girl camera out it has almost finished flowering 
The camera came out as I saw a Kite a couple of roads over. Of course by the time I get back outside it has flown off to pastures new. Could hear the Robin singing in the neighbours Holly tree but he was nowhere in sight either.
A useful couple of hours in the garden weeding and tidying ahead of Storm Dennis. Even planted the bulbs I thought I had lost!!
Went swimming this morning for the first time in year. First time in fact since i had my First 'episode". Angina attack
